A dashboard that answers first

Net balance, income and expenses, and how much of your monthly budget is left — before you scroll. Recent activity sits right underneath.

Budgets that know about recurring bills

Set a monthly budget and Spendwise reserves what your recurring expenses still need, so the "remaining" figure is money you can genuinely spend.

Recurring expenses, suggested for you

Every month, Spendwise surfaces the bills you haven't logged yet — with due dates and overdue warnings — so you log or mark them done in one tap.

Track who owes whom

Record money lent or borrowed and split shared expenses against a person. Each person gets a running balance and full history, with repayments logged as entries.

Backup and restore you control

Export everything into a single file and put it wherever you like — cloud drive, computer, or SD card. Restoring replaces the app's data and takes a safety copy first.

App Lock, if you want it

Optionally require your device biometrics or passcode to open Spendwise. Authentication is handled entirely by Android or iOS — Spendwise never sees it.

Privacy

Your spending is nobody else's business

Spendwise has no accounts, no advertising, and no analytics. Here is exactly what happens to your data.

What stays on your device

  • Transactions, amounts, notes, and dates
  • Categories, budgets, and recurring rules
  • People you track money with, and their balances
  • Biometric unlock, handled by your device's OS
The one thing that does leave

If the app crashes, Spendwise sends an anonymous crash report and performance timing to Expo (EAS Observe) so bugs get fixed. It never includes your amounts, descriptions, category or person names, notes, or balances. You can read the detail in our privacy policy.

There is no account to create, nothing to log into, and no cloud copy of your ledger. Delete the app and the data goes with it.
